You’ve probably heard many theories about the “Fall of Man” – from alien conspiracies to ancient myths. But today, I want to introduce you to a different perspective, one that I believe reveals the true nature of this “fall” and its lasting impact on us.
The real fall of humanity wasn’t a single event; it was, and continues to be, the disconnect between the divine masculine and the divine feminine within us and in our world. This was the profound shift in human consciousness.
Living in Separation: The Missing Link
We live in a world steeped in separation and duality. Yet, we were designed to thrive here, living in a state of bliss. Achieving this requires all parts of us to work in harmony, and that absolutely includes our masculine and feminine aspects of consciousness.
Think about our brains: the cerebrum, often associated with logic and analysis, embodies our masculine consciousness. The cerebellum, linked to our experiences, intuition, and holistic understanding, is the seat of our divine feminine. Today, these two vital parts often remain disconnected. When our logic (the masculine brain) is separated from our lived experiences and intuition (the feminine brain), we see extreme imbalances emerge in society. Consider patriarchy, for example, which violently suppresses feminine expressions. To heal this, we must turn inward, tending to our inner worlds and striving for unity between our inner masculine and feminine selves.
This duality, this “twinning,” is present throughout our bodies and our entire existence – in our external world and our internal landscapes. Just a few examples include the right and left sides of our bodies, the front and back, and paired organs like our kidneys.

Even our hearts and brains are divided into distinct, yet intimately linked, twin parts. If we treat one without tending to the needs of the other, we risk ignoring the true root cause of dis-ease.
I believe all disease, at its core, is a result of imbalances and disorders in the spiritual and energetic harmony of our body’s twin parts.
